We offer free delivery on all orders £60.00 and over, under 1kg (about 2lbs) in weight, to the UK and USA. See below for the typical delivery times. If you need it to arrive faster, please select a different option at checkout.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
We dispatch every Tuesday and Thursday. If your order contains items which are displayed as "delayed dispatch", please allow circa two weeks for dispatch. Delivery times are calculated from the day of dispatch. An email notification with dispatch information or tracking information will be sent to you. This will include a link to track your package. Herbals Direct relies on third parties couriers to deliver your parcel in a timely manner. We do not have any internal access to the courier's schedule other than the link we share with you in the email you will receive. We are unable to dispatch to PO Boxes.

Where an item on your order becomes unavailable due to damage or other circumstance, we will offer a gift voucher credit to you by email.

Tracking is easy with Herbals Direct. We will provide proof of postage or a tracking number for each order. Click on the relevant service link below to track your order with the tracking number we provided in your dispatch email.

We rely on our third party delivery partners to get your order to you, and we have no additional inside access to tracking except as publicly shared above. Please use the tracking links above to keep a track of your order.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will, with your help, resolve matters easily and speedily. We will offer a gift voucher credit. We are unable to refund any of our packages or shipping charges. Please contact email@example.com with your order number within 3 days of receipt of your order if you are unsatisfied. No credit nor refunds are allowed after 3 days of delivery. Where delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully and parcels returned to us, we must charge the equivalent or current undiscounted shipping fee (whichever is greater) for the returned parcel. If you would like us to re-ship, we must charge a new current undiscounted shipping fee. These are fees all couriers impose on us for shipping and returns.
